no sim received

Hi - I am getting billing account details already and have not yet received my SIM - nor do I want the number that I am already being billed for - is this what usually happens ?

Welcome to the Community Forum and thanks for your post. I'm sorry to hear that you are being billed for your service before receiving your SIM card and that the number on the SIM isn't the one you wanted. Did you request a mobile number port? Has this been resolved for you since your post?
