no service yet again!!

For the past 3 wks ive had intermittent service sometimes no service for hours what is going on? I have been sent a new replacement sim as was told this was probably the cause, but once again i have no service on my mobile today.i was told i would be compensated for loss of service previously and havent been!! This really is starting to grate on me now i need my mobile working what are u going to do about it?

Hi Huggi2005,

 

try entering your postcode into the EE service checker to see if there are any known faults in your area that might account for your lack of service.

You'll have to give Virgin Mobile customer services a call (free) on 789 from your mobile (if you have a signal).

0345 6000 789 from any other phone (standard rate call or included in any minutes) with regard to compensation.

Totally useless, it is so variable I suspect there is usage filter active to limit VM customers

Still no service sort it out and just not depend on geographical maps but use vans on the road

No but you can use the map on their webpage

Looks like EE is a bit better from the map but it proves coverage maps are at best optimistic and at worse lies.
