I've not been able to connect to the virgin mobile network since yesterday afternoon. Unfortunately I can't find any information on the service status online. I've restarted my phone twice and removed the SIM card. Really need my mobile phone working, any ideas.
I've got a Nokia Lumia running the latest Windows Phone update.
Ah gutted, I had the same problem whilst my Z1 was in for repair. For 99p you could get a PAYG sim from your local newsagent, (I did) and it was handy to have another spare PAYG sim card. Other than that, maybe call into VM?
