For the Las 2 days I've had no network found with no bars with a circle with a line through in my call bars I cant send or receive calls texts only emergency calls nothing really annoyed I there a fault cant login to my account either
it does seem strange that you can't log into your account as well as being unable to access the network.
Are you able to use another phone to call the Virgin Mobile team on 0345 6000 789, make them aware of your problem & see if they can identify any local area fault or a problem relating to your account.
