Currently in Spain en route to Brazil and virgin contract mobile won't connect to any network can't call virgin as no network or alternative phone with me!!

I'm really sorry that you're unable to connect to any network. I want to get this all sorted for you.
Are you able to log in to your online Virgin Mobile account here? If so, you can go to manage services and make sure roaming is enabled. Give this a go and let me know what you find.
