no mobile phone

I upgraded to a Samsung s6 had problems instantly you wouldn't repair it got worse then stopped working..your team call centre help is pathetic it got sent away I had to buy a phone which I am still using I got phone back it was irreparable I got told to pick one from the site I still can't do this I have prob since May had 6 weeks of phone and coverage can you terminate and allow me to take my number to o2

I'm incredibly sorry to hear that you had some trouble with the handset. This isn't something that we like to see.

 

I'm afraid I don't have the authority to terminate your contract.

 

In this instance, you should send a letter to this address:

 

Complaints, Virgin Media, PO Box 333, Matrix Court, Swansea, SA7 9ZJ

 

This will be the best process to follow up with your complaint. I'm sorry I couldn't help more.
