made a mobile phone order on Friday 27th may
but have had no reply about it
got the emails come through with order number and all that
but it did say there was a technical glitch
is there an email address so I can get in touch with them
unfortunately yours is typical of many posts on this forum and there is no email address.
I can only suggest that you call customer services on 789 from a Virgin mobile if you already have one.0345 6000 789 from any other phone and ask about your order.
Or if you are prepared to wait this post may get picked up and responded to by one of the Virgin team on here.
