no call back regarding upgrade online

Tried to upgrade my phone online today when for the double data package. Was all going fine till the credit check when they said there was a problem and they call me back. This has happened every time before but usually gets sorted once virgin call (usually within 30 mins). I'm now four hours past that and still no call. Would really like to know whats going on!!
