Welcome to the Community Forum and thanks for your post. I'm sorry to hear that your new service isn't working as it should. Thanks for letting us know that you are able to make outgoing calls. Are all incoming calls still going straight to voicemail, or is this working now?
If you are still experiencing problems, please let me know if you've tried a factory reset, as J0hn suggested, and checked the device settings are correct. I'll also need to know the make/model of your handset.
