new sim

Ive recently got a replacement sim and ive put it in my phone but isnt allowing me to make calls, i cant even call 789

Me too! If it's an iphone you maybe need to also sync with iTunes on PC, tho that didn't help me (text facility since disappeared after help desk call) and now have been promised another SIM. Can't see how that's the issue, though.

Sorry to hear that you can't make any calls, I can only imagine this must be frustrating for you as I would be lost without my phone.

 

This is probably a silly question but have you activated the SIM? Also are you able to send / receive texts?

 

I ask these questions just to gain a better understanding of what you've done so far in attempts to get it working.
