new rolling sim / online account access

Hi,

I signed up on tuesday for the rolling 30 day sim deal. I've received 2 emails from virgin, 1 to confim email address and 1 to welcome to your account. I've tried logging in online and cant access my account, how do I know if the direct debit / sim is in process? Or if/how I can cancel my order?
