new phone

hi ive placed an order for a phone but getting told 24 hours due to a technical glitch? when will i know about my order?

there are many, many posts on this "technical glitch".

I think that's just an en excuse from Virgin to make you play the waiting game.

No hard fealings, mate!
I placed my order on 27/12/2015 and still nothing!!!
Something is wrong with them. And there are a lot of cases like that.
