new phone

Hi, just upgraded phone. New phone came with micro sim and set up. Old phone has sim too large for new phone. Billing date 27th. Both phones are now no longer working. Although I am staying with virgin, does it still take 24 hours to transfer to new sim even of keeping same number?

Welcome to the Community, you should have received a new SIM with your new handset which you can activate when you get it in your phone. 

If you've still not received a SIM that fits in the new phone, get in touch and I'll do what I can about getting that resolved.
