new mobile contract

ive seen quite a few people are having the same problem , ordering a new phone and getting the 3 emails then nothing after that. Has anyone had this problem sorted yet as i am still waiting . Thanks

Well folks this is coming up five months now since the problem emerged. Smiley Mad

Only advice is ring 789 from a Virgin Phone or 0345 6000 789 from any other.

Alternatively wait for a mod.

Hi,

I've got the same problem, I don't have a phone to call virgin service, and I will move out tomorrow. Delivery should have be done today (process on line on Wednesday). Can somebody can help on this forum by any chance? Many Thanks

Currently having the same issue.. Been trying to get onto webchat for hours but it's saying no agents available for the mobile section.. 3 emails then nothing. :/
