The ordering system is now in month 3 of a 'technical glitch' 

If you have a Virgin mobile try ringing 789 or 0345 6000 789 from any other phone.

Thanks , but as it is taking so long you have lost a new customer , decided to take out a contract with vodafone instead , as they seem to be on top of things
