new account, cant log in

Just filled everything out for a new contract/phone, got the email to verify email,did that then the agreements etc then got the thanks for you order email.

Now i try to log into my account and all i get everytime is sorry those details arnt recognised even though they was recognised 2 mins ago when i verified my email.

Is the my account function only available when the phone shows up? as if i try to reset password etc it asks for a virgin mobile number which i dont have yet as the phone isnt delivered until tomorrow

Sorry to hear you're having trouble logging into your online account. Are you still having issues with this?

I'm having exactly the same problem and I know I'm entering the right details as I only just made the account a short while ago
