new SIM issues

I've just put in my new SIM but i can't get any signal yet i could with my old SIM can anyone help?

Hi mmartin14,

 

perhaps your new SIM hasn't activated yet?

did you send the text READY to 789678 from your old SIM?
(You should have received a text back saying the request has been successful).

Your old SIM should have deactivated. Occasionally though activation of your new SIM may take upto 24 hours. This might be the problem in your case.

Try periodically turning your phone off and on to check for network.
