new My Account site - cannot see all mobile phones registered to me

I recently had a letter about the Virgin Mobile My Account website being upgraded.

 

I have 3 mobile phones registered to my account, one sim only, and the other 2 pay as you go.

 

When I logged in today, I can see the Sim Only details but can't find the other two phones listed.

 

As I used the web site to top them up (they are used by my parents), this is a bit of a pain, to day the least.

 

Can anyone help with this problem?

What a useless update of the system. It does the exact same as it did before. Only this time its saying im entitled to an upgrade.

My account is only showing just a single account, if I try to add the others it says they are already assocaited with te account .....but they are not visible Smiley Happy

Its useless a complete and utter waste of time and effort. Very poor from virgin yet again.

I think they are still working on it.

 

Come on now, for once they told us AHEAD of time Maintenance was happening. Don't discourage em, maybe they'll do it again...

 

30ths not over yet, just wait and see what lovely surprises they have in store for us. Soon (ish)

Check the top left of the white navigation bar - where it says Account: xxxxxxx . There is a drop down to see your other accounts, so they may be listed there.
