new 4G sim card, no mobile data, terrible customer service

Received my 4G sim card to replace the 3G sim for my Google Pixel phone. Call and text working fine but no mobile data. Called 789 and spoke to 3 different people. No one managed to resolve the issue. 3 different APN details provided and none of them worked. No follow up from technical department. I have been Virgin for many years and 4G arrives what a disaster! Please do not use customer to test the APN setting while you don't know the right setting the phone. I would appreciate if someone could look into this before I leave Virgin...
