hi my virgin mobile rescue says its expeired and when i go into my account it says expiered 1st april 2015 . but i have 7 months left on my contract how can it be expierd?

Please contact the team on 789 from a Virgin Mobile or 0345 6000 789 from any other phone. They'll be able to check why the dates don't match up.
