my sim

Last week I put a new sim card into my HTC m9, it has registered that it is there i can use the 3G but i can't make any calls as it keeps dropping them or send or recieve texts what is going on !?

Sorry to hear you've had some trouble with calls since popping the sim in the phone. We want too get this sorted for you. Are you able to call us on 0345 6000 789 from any other phone? Our team can ensure that this is sorted as soon as possible. It sounds like there may be an account issue we need to address.

Hi mat,

Thanks for getting back to me on this.

I have been trying to get a hold of someone on the live chat but every time I try there is no one available. I'll borrow my partners phone and phone tomorrow and see if I have any luck there.

I don't know if it's my phone or the sim that is the problem. The phone can read the change in number and provider even that I have unlimited texts and calls but still won't send or receive anything.

Any thoughts on this would be great.

If this happens with 2 different sims in the phone, it would suggest an issue with the phone Mike.

The previous sim did work but now the account is closed and so the sim no longer works I can't check that.

No I didn't it was a phone I bought from a previous provider and this is a sim only deal. The sim is a nano sim does this make any difference ?
