moving 3g to 4g

If I want to change from a 3g tariff to a 4g one, half way through a 24 month contract, will I have to have a new 24month contract?

Re: moving 3g to 4g

If you're on Freestyle then no, it won't be a new contract - it'll just be a tariff change within your existing deal.

If you're on an inclusive handset deal, then you'll first have to pay out of your existing term and then start a new 4G deal.

Hi johnharris1,

yes, that'll be a "Freestyle" contract Smiley Happy

You could try logging into your Virgin Mobile account and look at options available or give the Team a call (free on 789 from your mobile).
