I have a virgin sim only. My phone does not receive e-mails!
To receive emails you must have:
An Internet or wifi connection that's active
An email address registered on the phone
Have you got either of these set up and running? If the Internet is working, but email not set up, what the make and model of the phone and who is your email provider and does email work on a laptop/PC/iPad?
I have a Samsung J3, virgin internet which connected. I have been receiving e-mails ok until yesterday
Ok may be just a glitch, have you rebooted the phone?, does the H/3G or wifi signal still show on the top of the screen? Who is your email provider?
if you have not then please reboot, just switch off and then back on, if it's a glitch it should resolve it,

Are you able to access your email from a browser? Or from any other device? Do you have any other email address synced up to your mobile mail client?

Sorry for the delay replying. I have now solved the problem by reinstalling my e-mail, simple when you know how. Thank you very much for your help.
