My contract runs out in may could I upgrade now or will I leave and get a contract elsewhere

Hi davidfreya,

you need to give the Virgin mobile team a call on 789 from your Virgin mobile or 0345 6000 789 from any other phone to discuss any upgrade options.

You may only cancel if you are within 30 days of the contract expiry date so in your case now would be too soon.

If you still wish to cancel, you may but the cancellation will incur a "buyout" charge (generally the number of months left on contract x monthly fee).
