Received new sim for phone, due to old one not working, but the mobile will not connect to service provider, I have spoken with Virgin and tried network search etc, virgin then said they would me back in 15 mins, 2hours later Im still waiting for the call back, I'm trying to fix this for my grandad who is in his 80's and getting nowhere, Does anyone know if this could be a problem with the phone. He is on contract and he is getting no help. any advised greatly appreciated.
I'm really sorry to hear about the issues you've had with your grandad's new SIM.
As you had issues with the previous SIM too, I just wanted to check if you've successfully been able to test another SIM in this phone to ensure there isn't a fault with the handset itself?
