the wife contacted virgin to see when my sons contract was up and low and behold it was up four months ago .So now he is on a sim only contract and cant change his phone until 22nd dec.But my gripe is we,ve been paying 35 pounds for 4 months when infact it should have been 7pounds so surely i am due a refund

If the contract has expired, you will continue to pay the monthly fee until a change is made by yourself.
