mobile phone order - no confirmation received

Hi all I placed an order on Sunday night for a new mobile phone, I have received the email,confirming order and email to confirm email address given but nothing else to say the phone order has been processed or delivery or anything, please advise where I go from here Thanks

Hi sotonstaff,

you could give Virgin mobile customer services a call on 789 if you already have a Virgin mobile. Or 0345 6000 789 from any other phone and see if they can give you an update on the status of your order.
