mobile phone fault =yet again virgin refuse to fix 6 week old phone

Another poor display of customer service from virgin.m4 aqua only 6 weeks old and virgin are refusing to repair, saying I have removed a bar code from phone.Have been with the company since the ntl days.3 mobile contracts,home phone,internet and tv.Loyality counts for nothing with virgin so beware before you enter into any contracts.Think it could be time to switch to a different provider
