Welcome to the community and thanks for posting. I deeply apologise for your mobile phone not working for the past week or so due to a mast issue.
I've managed to locate a Virgin Media account via your email address. With the postcode I checked the mast in your area and it shows as being repaired in the past 3 days. When I used EE's Network Status Checker it says:-
"We’re not aware of any network issues in the area you've searched".
I assume this means everything is working fine again. I'm afraid I don't have any more information as to why it took so long. I can only extend my apologies once more for being without a service for that length of time.
Let me know if you continue to experience an issue with that mast.
