mobile network connectivity

I keep losing 3G and 4G from my mobile and only having 1 bar on the network.  Is there an issue with the Virgin Mobile network at present?  I can't get calls or texts.

First, unless you are a business customer there is no 4G on Virgin.

Is this in one location? If so put your post-code in HERE to see if there is a fauly
