Hi, My Daughters phone was booked in for an in warranty repair last week however I was informed yesterday that the phone was out of warranty as there was physical damage underneath the glass on the LCD itself. Now as the cost of the repair is nearly more than the phone is worth I was advised to make an insurance claim, how do I do this and will the excess fee be the only payment I will have to make?
Hi, Thanks for the reply but I've just managed to get it sorted. The phone was insured and the process was quite straight forward, I only had to pay the £80 excess fee and a replacement phone will be delivered tomorrow. thanks again for the reply.
