mobile data

purchased Xperia xa phone in sept and have not been able to connect to internet via mobile data. can connect via wi-fi. mobile data is switched on. any help appreciated

Yes my daughter spoke with virgin team last night did everything I was told tod this morning and everything seems to be A-OK thanks to all at virgin

are your settings correct?

You can click on this link: PHONE SETTINGS then select your phone's make / model and receive the correct settings.

Have you checked your set to receive 3G on the phone and that mobile data is enabled?
Then reboot the phone, if there is no 3G or H signal showing then you have no mobile data, when your on wifi it switches off mobile data until there is no wifi signal
