mobile data not working

Hi, I am having issues logging into my account for the first time with my new pay monthly sim card, it says please turn off wifi to access the page so we can set up your account. I do this but then can't access anything as it seems my data isn't working?

Any help would be appreciated!

Welcome and thanks for posting. Sorry to hear you're having difficulties using your mobile account.

 

To activate your mobile data could you follow this link here please. Select the make and model of the mobile and click 'Setup Virgin Media Mobile Internet and Picture Messaging' it should generate a text message for you which will activate the service. Alternatively give the team a call on 789 or 0345 6000 789.
