mobile contract!?

Hi there I made a enquiry to get a iPhone 6s but after I had filled out the paperwork bank stuff ext it told me I would receive an email confirmation or phone call but haven't had either and is not showing on Bill it told me the phone would be delivered Wednesday(tomorrow) also I can not find an web chat option I cannot phone hence the reason why I am getting phone.

did it say you got accepted for this? Did you receive the email about your "credit agreement , E-signature code and Security Key" ?

No I just received an email saying after I made enquiry unfortunately there's been an technical glitch you'll hear from us in 24 hours and haven't strange??

I would definitely speak to Virgin about this. It could be that they need to clarify a few things.

Give them a call on 789 from a Virgin phone or 0345 6000 789

I can't call ad I've already stated above i have no phone I contact via web chat or email

Online chat and staff are useless gave my credit card details to confirm direct debit and still haven't heard back
