Why do virgin make it so difficult firstly to speak with anyone and secondly to get an answer to a question. My wife can not gain access to her bill as the system does not recognise her number or he name. Her bill has shot up this month and she can not find out why. Virgin are not very good is sorting out your issues, wouldn't it be nice if you could just pick up the phone and talk to someone

Hi Finches,

 

you can pick up a phone and talk to someone:

Free call 789 from a Virgin mobile or 150 from a Virgin landline.

0345 6000 789 (standard rate call) from any other phone.

Your wife will need to call as she is the account holder and have her mobile number and account password handy for security (DPA) reasons.
