Hi. I've not had a reply from yesterday yet and I see various people today have. Have you forgotten me? I switched from Giffgaff because their customer service was heinous, and I hoped a bigger provider might be a bit easier.
I'm not sure what reply you are expecting but I can tell you that this forum is a user to user forum. So if you need a response directly about your account you will need to contact Virgin directly rather than this open and public forum. Sorry if I couldn't be of any more help.
