Hi lost mobile WiFi device....contract due to end August but renewal from end of month...need one asap..no webchat to ask, can't even find a phone number, just sent round in circles on site...or should I give up...and just buy one somewhere else?
Thanks so much for your help😁...phoned yesterday, and despite some confusion at virgin mobile not understanding it was the mifi that was lost and not the broadband router (how could I lose that?😆) I.e homehub.....it was eventually sorted out.and replacement on its way😁... Thanks Mat...😊
Have just phoned again....have said they will NOT replace mifi as lost....no suggestions other than to go to a Carphone warehouse.....seriously unimpressed.....after waiting a week....with no response from them...😠
Thanks, I said I could replace unit, but replacement sim never mentioned.... Surely they should have pointed this out? Might just be easier to find another supplier..as paying £12ish pounds a month for 3 Gb and Other suppliers more competitive prices....
