Re: loss of network sy5 condover

Hi r5chel,

according to the EE Status Checker they're not aware of any network issues in your area.

Are you aware of anyone else using the Virgin / EE network and having problems?

Try rebooting your phone (turn it off and on again).

Are you able to go into settings and manually select a network?

What phone have you got?

Re: loss of network sy5 condover

hi there an thank you for your reply. both myself an husband have ancient nokia mobiles and usually we have excellent coverage in the but both phones have the same issue so think it must be a network issue rather than an issue with both mobiles. Had a similar issue ?1-2yrs ago and it resolved after a few days. Unsure how to resport it, if indeed you can! x

Re: loss of network sy5 condover

Hi r5chel,

you could try calling Virgin Mobile customer services on 789 from your mobile or 0345 6000 789 from any other phone.

Inform them of your reception problems & they should be able to run some checks.
