into the third week of no mobile coverage. both myself and husband have had payg mobiles for years. i was told that there was an issue with a mast and it would be fixed and given free texts for the inconvenience which was great but I can't use them at home obvs! My husband was told a week later that it may be the sim, was given a new one, guess what, same issue! So, how do I actually get an answer wrt when the coverage will be back up and running again (if indeed it will be)? No point being with virgin if we are unable to receive calls/texts at home..... We will be calling 789 again (when we get a signal!) but any advice greatly appreciated in the meantime. Wehave lost service before (max 1 week) but never this long..... Thanks!
Hi Kelly - alas the network is still not resolved - it's very frustrating! EEs website is still suggesting it will be resolved in 16hrs and when you sign up to alerts you get 1 saying they are working on it and the next saying it's taking longer than expected! Both myself and husband are with Virgin and we have never been without a signal at home for this long before and there is no news as to how long this may go on for......any assistance very much appreciated!
