morning, after setting up account for my mobile account last year,
i have been able to access it a handfull of times, for some months now i can
never get logged on, have tried to reset password, was sent a code to my phone, no joy, then another, and the magic gree tick appeared ........then nothing. rang vm this morning and the rep suggested to deactivate mobile online account, and re register said mobile account in 24hrs.
is anyone else having problems logging into mobile account? is there an ongoing issue with logins? as i have had no access for months? same on saturday i had fault on landline, virgin said not, checked online for fault status 3 green ticks, rang for engineer to come out, which should have been today, but hey presto phone working again, when i rang to cancel appointment with engineer, operator admited there was a fault on the saturday night, come on virgin we should all be singing off the same "hymn sheet" so is thee a problem with the mobile login page............
