locked sim card

took SIM card out of phone. When put back in says locked.  Cannot remember 4 digit pin. Virgin media cannot help me, not can my service provider O2.

please help .....

You get 3 attempts to input the sim pin incorrectly.

If you fail this then it would ask your for a PUK code. This can be obtained via customer services on 789. Even more possibly on your online account.

This would then allow you to enter a new sim pin Smiley Happy
