Re: kazam tornado 348

Hi willow001,

if you click on this link: Phone Support then select your phone (Kazam > Tornado 348) you may find it of use.

If you have a lead to connect your phone to your PC, your PC should detect it, you can then open up the appropriate file and simply "save to", copy and paste or "drag and drop" the photo's you choose.

Alternatively if your PC has Bluetooth you could transfer them that way.

Re: kazam tornado 348

Hi willow001,

By chance I just happened to be looking at some photos on my PC that I'd taken earlier today on my phone and thought of you.

If you go to "Google Settings" on your phone > "Google Photos Backup" you can set your phone to automatically backup all photos to your Google account.

I've set my phone to automatically do this over WIFI whenever I put my phone on charge.

Then from my PC (signed into Google) I just click on "Google Photos" and they're all there to see and download if I choose.

This is also very useful should anything unfortunate ever happen to your phone.
At least you won't lose your photos.

Re: kazam tornado 348

Hi willow001,

my own PC is also now running Windows 10.

We have a number of phones in my household (different makes/models) and generally the computer will always detect a new device when connected via USB (a little pop-up notification will come on the right hand side of the screen).

Try plugging in and unplugging the phone if you don't see it straight away then "click" on the notification to open the location/device.

Alternatively you may find your phone when connected by looking on your PC for "Devices and drives".

Re: kazam tornado 348

Yes, really poor.  Hours of waiting and poor response.  Phone jammed after three weeks, complete reset, all data lost,  Then it jammed again after another two weeks, all they offer is a repair for a known problem.  If I wanted a reconditioned phone, I would have saved money and bought one.  I think this phone is being sold cheaply because they want rid of their stocks.
