issues with fraud

My name is Victor Alexandru Labusca, after a year was made a contract with you in my name without my consent. I noticed this problem and made a complaint to your data used in proving my name were not accurate and were a fake. Since then I entered under the bad debt and can not make any credit contract. Please solve this problem as soon as possible because I greatly affects the present and my future.

Hi Labusca,


this forum is mainly a platform for customers to help and advise one another.

As such, issues such as yours cannot be dealt with here by users.

It is however monitored by Virgin staff and one may choose to contact you about this.

If this is to be the case though it is likely to take several days should you be contacted.

Your best option would be to call customer services on 0345 6000 789 (standard rate call) and talk to them.


Alternatively you could try web-chat: Help and Support - Contact Us 

The advisors are usually busy though so you may not get connected straight away.
(I recommend using a PC or laptop and keeping the page open, just refresh it every few minutes until chat becomes available).
