Re: is this a scam???

Have just been informed that the info I was given regarding keeping my own number is impossible as it`s a PAYG and I was offered a 30 day rolling monthly plan!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Have also been informed that as I have three pay monthly numbers on the account the T&C`s state I am not allowed any more, irrespective of my credit standing with VM (been with them for years)!!!!!!!!

If I wish to take advantage of the £3 pm offer I have to open another account and either port my number to a new provider and then try to get it ported back???? or forfeit my number which I have had in excess of twelve years!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Talk about loyalty to long standing customers`

Re: is this a scam???

Perhaps VirginMobile need to rethink this approach, the call comes from an unidentified number and sounds like too many other data or identity theft calls we all have to contend with.

This line is something I literally could not agree with more and I think it applies to so many big companies (not just VM).
