Is anyone else having issues in getting their phone fixed. 25 days to input an EMI number is ridiculous
What a Joke!!! All you get is the runaround from the Philippines to every call centre- no consistency.
I will not be renewing and very sorry that I have a contract with Virgin Mobile should have gone SIM only and threw it in the Bin!!!!
