I bought an IPhone 6s plus from apple and then bought a virgin media sim, yet all I get is 'no service' and then when I go into the settings it says 'sim not provisioned'
does any one know how to fix this???
it sounds like your new SIM might not be activated.
you need to call Virgin mobile customer services on 789 from a Virgin mobile if you already have one.
Or 0345 6000 789 from any other phone and ask the team activate it for you.(This can take upto 24 hours).
