iPhone 6

I dropped my contract phone and broke the screen. Do I have to just bite the bullet and get it fixed?

Re: iPhone 6

Good afternoon

You can check to see if you have any insurance but Virgin also offer a chargeable repair service for damaged phones if you don't have insurance.

Thanks

Re: iPhone 6

Hey Steveo1953,

I’m so sorry to say, if the screen has broken that would mean that it would be out of warranty. This would result in the repair being chargeable.

You do have a few options, if the handset is under 12 months old you can have it repaired via the contract this would put the handset back into warranty with us which means any future faults with the handset can be booked in by us. if the handset is over 12 months old you can go to apple directly or the 3rd option would be a 3rd party repairer, some of these store offer a small warranty with them but this is something you may have to ask them about.

I hope this helps,

Kelly
