I'm trying to get voicemail working on my iPhone after switching from another network.
To begin with, even though I'd set it up it wasn't working - unanswered calls just got an engaged tone. I spoke to support the other day and they did something so that all calls went straight to vm and gave me the codes to change it so it would ring for 30secs before diverting. However, I've just tried it again before changing this and it's gone back to not working at all.
I think I need the voicemail number to be able to do anything (and avoid spending ages on the phone to support) but the only way I can find to do this is using code *#67# which doesn't work I just get various messages about things being disabled but no number.
