Re: i want to cancel and need pac code??

Ring 789 and select the "I'm thinking of leaving" option.

Virgin are obliged by OFCOM to supply your PAC during that call or by text within two hours. Having a dispute active is no reason for Virgin to refuse the PAC - there are only a handful of valid reasons.

Re: i want to cancel and need pac code??

Hi Funkyt1973,

How did you get on with calling us regarding the PAC code?

Let me know if there's anything that I can do Smiley Happy

Thanks,

Mat

Re: i want to cancel and need pac code??

I followed the procedure in my post above, right after my 23rd refresh. Once I'd made my final £31 monthly payment, my contract automatically changed to rolling monthly at £7
