i ordered a new phone but yodel incapable of delivering.

As I am housebound I have full video surveillance of my hous and the road .yodel have claimed 3 times I have missed a delivery and now I must go to their hays depot to collect my phone I can prove they are lying and they are also fully aware I am housebound and urgently need this phone so I can call for medical help this for me is a matter of life or death. How on earth can I get help as I have my old phone which I cant dial out on.

 There are at least 50 threads on this forum dealing with Yodel, undoubtedly the worse delivery company in the UK and stars of TV on more than one occasion.

Unless one of the mods takes it up the advice is going to be to ring customer services. on 0345 600 0789 from a landline. 

They do not have an email address!
